Salvador bro , i want to hide my pc's ip , I have vpn , i want to change my ip for exapme in cmd/ipconfig/ IPv4 Address/01.01:01:01

i understand you but you cant change your ip as you wanted . It doesnt protect you from laws because there are MAC adress (Media Access Controll) i am still using my original IP , is nothing whenever you cant change MAC adress
