Hello, first of all, sorry for writing in English, but I don-t know Turkish. I have a question, I have a completely stupid crypter coded in vb6. For now everything is OK. The problem comes from the encrypted file not working on Chinese WIndows, it seems that the Crypter is not unicode. Anyone have an idea how I can get it to work on Chinese Windows?

I know if I change the region and language to English it will work, but I need to get it to work on Chinese windows.
