Why don't most of Android phones use telephoto camera for portrait

[font][font]Correct me if I am wrong. [/font][font]When I was reading the articles, the portrait photos seem really wrong. [/font][font]The cameras have already 2x optical zoom and it doesn't use it on iPhone. [/font][font]It's called the portrait mode, not the full body mode with the main lens.[/font][/font]
